How we do business

Marcount Consulting advises clients on Strategic Marketing Finance solutions in 3 stages:

• Initial assessment of a client company's current situation to determine whether or not Strategic Marketing Finance Planning would be beneficial.  
• If appropriate, then Marcount works with the client company's senior management and staff to plan and implement the process. 
• Once the Strategic Marketing Finance Planning is implemented, Marcount can further help clients develop risk-assessed marketing strategies to accomplish overall organizational objectives. 

Our business approach

After a detailed discussion of the client’s challenges, a written Engagement Proposal is presented detailing our understanding of the challenges we are to consider, the objectives of the engagement, methodology to be followed, timing and responsibility, and fee arrangements for our services.  Written approval of the Engagement Proposal is required before billable work begins.

An initial consultation to discuss your challenges is free.  Unless other arrangements are agreed on in advance, the preparation and discussion of the Engagement Proposal is also free.
