About Jim Higginson Jim is the principal of Marcount Consulting and has over 20 years experience in the marketing communication industry. He is a practitioner who understands the importance of growing a business through marketing initiatives but ensuring those initiatives are sound and create shareholder value. Jim is a Certified General Accountant and earned his Executive Doctor of Management degree in 1998 from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Prior to his involvement in the marketing communications industry, Jim served in various roles in the securities industry including Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Jim teaches marketing courses at University of Guelph-Humber. |
